This page (together with the documents referred to on it) tells you the terms of use on which you may access and use the publicly accessible areas of our SKYSEARCH website www.aircharter-international.com and www.skysearch.aero (“our Site”)

Please read these Terms of Use carefully before you start to use our Site. By using our Site, you indicate that you accept these Terms of Use and that you agree to abide by them. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, please do not use our Site.

OWNERSHIP OF SITE
Air Charter International (Arabia) Ltd, operator of the SkySearch website www.skysearch.aero is a company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands with registered offices at Craigmuir Chambers, P O Box 71, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands and an operational base at Suite 513, LOB 15, Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai, UAE.

SKYSEARCH – MEMBERSHIP: TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The SkySearch Membership service is provided for your personal use subject to these Terms and Conditions.

Each user is permitted one member ID and login.

This web site service is intended to provide ACI clients with budgetary prices and availability of aircraft for charter flights. The following terms apply to your use of the SkySearch website. Your continued use of this site signifies your acceptance of these terms and conditions:

• Initial charter prices are budgetary prices and are provided only as an indication as to the possible costs
• All Charter Prices are subject to aircraft availability
• ACI does not guarantee that the budgetary price given will be the actual charter rate (again, this depends on appropriate aircraft being available etc)
• Members will be given access to ACI newsletters and ACI reserve the right to terminate any membership accounts if they believe that the member is in breach of these terms.

To provide the service it is necessary to hold certain personal information. Any personal information which we collect, except to the extent that we are required of permitted by law, will be used solely for the purposes of providing the Service.

Members must be eighteen (18) years of age or over to register with SkySearch.

When you register with SkySearch you are required to create a password. You must keep this password confidential and must not disclose or share it with anyone. You will be responsible for all activities and orders that occur or are submitted under your password. If you know or suspect that some else knows your password you should notify us immediately. Should you forget your password, please use the password reminder service.

You must ensure that the details you provide on registration or at any time are correct and complete. Provision of incomplete data may restrict your access to the site.

If Air Charter International has reason to believe that there is likely to be a breach of security, these Terms and Conditions or misuse of the site we may require you to change your password or may suspend your use of the website.

You are required to update your personal details as often as necessary. This can be done by using the “Edit my Profile” or “Edit my Account” tabs on the website. This will ensure that we provide as accurate and up to date service as possible. Please visit this page or email us in any of the information that we hold about you is incorrect or needs to be updated or deleted.

ACCESS TO THE SITE
Access to our Site is permitted on a temporary basis and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on our Site without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason our Site is unavailable at any time or for any period.

INTELLECUTAL PROPERTY
We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our Site, and in the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved. You may print off one copy, and may download extracts, of any pages from our Site for your personal reference and you may draw the attention of others within your organisation to material posted on our Site.

You must not modify the paper or digital copies of any materials you have printed off or downloaded in any way and you must not use any images, video or audio sequences or any graphics separately from any accompany text.

Our status, and that of any identified contributors, as the authors of material on our Site must always be acknowledged. Our Site will be updated regularly and the content may change at any time. If the need arises, we may suspend access to our Site, or close it indefinitely. Any of the material on our Site may be out of date at any given time and we are under no obligation to update such material.

As our Site is provided free of charge the material displayed on our Site is provided without any guaranties, conditions or warranties as to its accuracy. To the extent permitted by law, we hereby expressly exclude:

Specifically, you agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from “our Site” or the country in which you reside.

PRICES, ORDERING AND PAYMENTS

• All product prices remain valid for the period stated
• Clear instructions will be given to for the order process.
• Payment by all major credit/debit cards is accepted. All payments are processed by Network International
• Completion of the order process includes your consent to be bound by these ACI terms and conditions and privacy policy.
• Submission of your order does not constitute a legally binding contract until you receive an email from us confirming your booking with full details and a booking reference.
• Where an order is cancelled, a refund of payment will be made to the card used for when placing the order.
