Stuart Wheeler- Chief Executive Officer
After graduating with a BA in Strategic Studies and International Relations from the University of Coventry in England, Stuart worked for 11 years at Dan Air Services as their Commercial Manager. In 1983, he joined aviation giant Airbus as their Sales Director. Soon after which he was promoted to the post of General Manager Middle East. With over 35 years of management experience in the aviation industry, Stuart successfully launched and currently manages the Air Charter International Group of Companies in 1994 which includes the formation and development of Jet Ops FZE. and Seawings LLC.

Claire Brugirard- Commercial Manager
With a Bachelors’ Degree in International Business Administration from Hanze Hogeschool Groningen in the Netherlands, Claire joined Air Charter International as a Charter broker in July 2006. Since then she has quickly grown into a managerial role and has been involved in Charter broking, Commercial Leasing and Systems. A strategic thinker with a global sales background, Claire is now responsible for managing the Charter Sales Team at Air Charter International.

Colin Darmanin – Assistant Manager, Charter Sales
Holding a degree in Tourism Studies, Colin joined Air Charter International in 2010 as Assistant Manager – Charter Sales. His previous professional experience include owning businesses in real-estate and dairy, and working for Emirates Airlines as Senior Flight Steward. Colin has been actively involved in the development and implementation of SkySearch.
